Quotes and scope
Pricing and service scope depend on the actual items, volume, weight, access, labor, handling requirements, and schedule. Any work should proceed only after the customer and service provider agree on the scope and price.
Customer responsibilities
Customers should have authority to remove the identified items, disclose access restrictions and unusual hazards, separate items that must remain, and identify materials that may require regulated handling. Building approvals, elevator reservations, parking permissions, and similar property arrangements remain the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
Safety and restricted materials
Do not conceal chemicals, compressed gas, batteries, paint, fuel, medical waste, or other potentially hazardous material within boxes or bags. Acceptance of electronics, appliances, and regulated items must be confirmed in advance.
